What is Dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a procedure that uses a special instrument to shave off the vellus (“peach fuzz”) hair and superficial layer of dead skin cells. It is a great treatment for producing healthy and smooth skin for improved skincare and makeup application. At the Dallas Surgical Arts Aesthetic Suites, dermaplaning is a procedure that can be scheduled independently from other treatments, or combined with our facials and other aesthetic services!
