INSURANCE INFORMATION

Thank you for considering Dallas Surgical Arts! Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive cosmetic and dental surgery care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

Payment options

Medical Insurance

We are not contracted with any medical insurance companies, and we do not accept medical insurance as payment. Therefore, fees that might be covered under a medical plan are due at the time of service. 

Dental Insurance

We are happy to accept and file most PPO dental insurances. We will work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment in a timely manner. Please note that at the time of your visit, you are expected to pay your estimated co-pay, and if for any reason your insurance company does not pay your claim within 90 days, the balance is your responsibility.
